Comeback for being called a lesbian?

Well, you could go the easy road, and tell you principal; technically, it IS verbal-bullying. Or, you could just go to the guy, and have a chat with him, tell him to stop, it's offensive. If he listens, you should be fine... If not, again, tell the principal.
