Hamster problem!!! Plz Help!!!!?

It sounds like an allergic reaction, or irritation caused by her bedding. Different hamsters are effected by different bedding. The fact she's red on the legs and nose and around the eyes means leads me to accuse the bedding, the legs and nose because they have a lot of contact with the bedding and her eyes are more sensitive. I recommend changing the bedding you're using, if it doesn't improve then get her to a vet. Also, leaving the cage in the sun won't make it any cleaner. Use a pet safe disinfectant.
