Using disinfecting spray with bleach?

Okay so I bought some cleaning stuff with bleach in it. I want to disinfect things like my phone. My phone is a pinkish/purplish color and I'm afraid I'll turn it a different color. I hate germs in particular the stomach virus. But like will it turn colored stuff a different color? I won't be using it on clothing or anything like that just common household things. I know this isn't related to what I asked but how can I stop being so afraid of germs? I want to live like a normal teenage girl and stop worrying about these things! I've had 2 stomach viruses or food poisoning this year and came very close to throwing up. Thanks a ton :)
