What is the name of this tv series?

ok it had these blue people and they live inside this boy and i think they fight germs or something the main one looks like a 20 year old put hes small and blue of corse and its also animated and the main guys buddy is this red and yellow thing that hovers off ground (sounds crazy but its a show)
