What are some fat burning workouts ?

5.3 an bout 130 I want to loose at least 10 more pounds. I been working out for hour a day doing the following .. 30 mins walking then 30 mins of squats,push ups (knees),side planks,planks crunches,leg lifts 20 reps of 3 sets each. Will I burn fat or just build muscles under my fat? Thanks :)
