Is it normal to have 3 knee surgeries on the same knee with in a year?

I've had 2 knee surgeries and getting scheduled to have a 3rd knee surgery on my left knee. Is this normal? All the knee surgeries are within a year on the same knee. Please help. I'm only 19 years old so that is why I'm wondering if it's normal.
