I want a toothpaste that offers "total care" AND helps reduce sensitivity by protecting enamel?

I use the Colgate Total Care Anti-cavity/Antigingivtis Toothpaste. I love that it reduces tartar, plaque, plaque above gumline, contains fluoride, kills bad breath germs, etc. However, I think my enamel is beginning to wear down a bit, and my teeth tend to be a bit sensitive to cold foods and ice water. So, I want something that offers all the great stuff Colgate Total has PLUS specific protection against sensitivity (and strengthening enamel). Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you! :)
