Can men wear shorts to work at walmart if women wear capris?

I was curious what the actual wal-mart policy is. They are khaki cargo shorts that hang just below the knee. Just wondering if anyone knows the actual because i've seen women wearing capri pants that go just below the knee and they've been just fine.
